Sub: For kind information and for facilitating the Participation of
Vice Chancellor/Principal/Nominee to attend the AIACHE Society
General Body Meeting and Triennial Conference

Dear Chairperson,

Greetings and good wishes from AIACHE.

We are writing this letter to request your kindness in an important matter. As you know your College/University has been a member of AIACHE Society for many years. During the last 45 years of AIACHE’s service it has rendered substantial service to your college/university through defence of minority rights, staff development, innovative ideas and general guidelines on educational development. When AIACHE had enough funds it has contributed generously to members for various projects and activities.

The Triennial General Body meeting of AIACHE Society will be held at Joe Beach Conference Hall, ECR (East Coast Road), Krishnan Karanai, Mahabalipuram, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu – 603 104 (Tel No. 044-27444005, Mobile : 0-9445195517, 0-9445194213 ). It is a very important meeting which will evolve policies and programmes for the future. The participation of your Principal/Vice Chancellor in the meeting is also a sign of your college’s/university’s solidarity in the ecumenical unity represented by AIACHE.

The Association is unable to meet the travel expenses of members attending the General Body meeting. We are also requesting participants to pay the registration fee of Rs. 1000/- to cover part of the conference expenses. In this connection I request you and other members of the Governing Body to sanction adequate travel assistance for facilitating the participant’s journey, to attend the General Body meeting and also to pay the registration fee. I also request you to kindly pray for the success of the General Body meeting and future growth and development of AIACHE.

Looking forward to your cooperation and with kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

Dr. D. Daniel Ezhilarasu
